Artist Support Services
Visual Artist Distress Fund
The Visual Artist Distress Fund was established to provide immediate short-term aid in a time of crisis. Any artist who is a member of the visual arts community and a resident of Saskatchewan may receive up to five hundred dollars in aid in a given year. Requests are juried by an arms-length committee of CARFAC SASK.
All request for funds are required to be in writing and include a letter outlining the need, a budget, and the artist's CV. Contact the CARFAC SASK Membership Services Officer in the Saskatoon office for more information on this program. All inquiries are dealt with in confidence.
