FREE MENTORSHIP
view details »

!!!CARFAC SASK MEMBERS HAVE ACCESS TO ONE FREE HOUR OF MENTORSHIP WITH ANY ONE MENTOR ON OUR ROSTER!!! VALID UNTIL JUNE 30TH, 2018. AVAILABLE TO CURRENT CARFAC SASK MEMBERS ONLY. CONTACT THE MENTOR OF YOUR CHOICE TO GET STARTED TODAY!

There are times when artists need a fresh perspective - one that comes from beyond the boundaries of their mind and studio. Sometimes a short visit with another artist can be the key to honing a grant proposal or solving a technical or conceptual challenge.

The Rent a Mentor program presents a roster of professional artist mentors who are available for hire by individual artists. The minimum hourly rate is between $50 - $75, negotiable with each mentor. Artists are asked to contact the mentor directly to arrange a meeting time, the length and focus of the visit, and payment. Full payment to the mentor must be made in advance of each session via cash or e-transfer. For now, mentors are available for studio visits in their local area only; we hope to be able to support mentor travel in the future. Of course, if the support you need can be accomplished via email, phone, or internet, you are welcome to contact any mentor you'd prefer!
