The City of Saskatoon is seeking a partnership of professional researchers and consultants to undertake the development of a Culture Plan for Saskatoon.   The Culture Plan will provide the City with a vision for the future, taking into account the arts and heritage needs and desires of the residents of Saskatoon.  The planning process and subsequent contract will be administered in three phases over three years as follows:

Phase 1 (September –December 2009): Audit and Analysis

Phase 2 (January to December 2010): Directions Document including culture policy

Phase 3 (January to August 2011): Culture Plan  including culture policy, arts and heritage plans, operational policies
