This workshop will explore a simple and new approach to landscape painting by using time honored classical painting techniques with HDR photography that will impact the quality oflandscape painting in oil, acrylics and watercolour. Participants will learn how to create fast and invaluable thumbnails, quick, simple colour preliminaries, decisive understudies, andrich textured landscapes. High dynamic range (HDR) photography will be demonstrated as a way of using old and new photographs as sources of inspiration
Dean Bauche, the past Curator and Director of Galleries in North Battleford, has received numerous awards for his art work. His innovative teaching methods have made him apopular and sought after art educator across Western Canada
